We are continuing to vote at a reduced rate and expect things to be back to normal by next week. Today Sunday the rumor is that patches will be out in full effect. These patches will be going out we will immediately begin reindexing. That means within 24 hours witnesses can prepare to run the new code and deliver the improved user experience that Steemians want. It is ultimately up to the witnesses to decide whether the code is safe enough to use.

I think the patch is installed already (each account's  RC increased already to the max) and most bots have recovered voting mana to 80-100%. (stax is at 81,5%).
