I've went ahead and made some changes to botty's voting. Most of the feedback recently has been about trying to support members who support each other and @silvergoldbotty more.

You may have noticed an increased interest and voting on botty since the lease has been filled. Someone previously mentioned the fable of the "Little Red Hen" and I'm certainly feeling like that. There seams to be a lot of people around looking to eat our bread, and I would like to reward the people who helped us knead our dough. 

In light of this I have dropped the base vote percent to 5% for all members. This is still a $0.07 vote for free.

I will also breakdown how I have proceeded with weighing the votes for supporters.

<h3>Commitment to Vote Botty</h3>

I have made changes to add support for people who have already been voting on botty, even though she wasn't powerful. I used http://steemvp.com/ to see who is casting votes on botty regularly. Botty has made 23 posts, and some members have voted on every single one.

I have added a 20% Vote Weight Bonus to anyone who voted on all the posts, 10% for those who voted over 75% and 5% to those who voted over 50%. 

I am not currently monitoring voting strengths used to vote on botty but I hope you choose to vote at 50% or greater.  

These amounts will be adjusted monthly. 

<h3>Lease contribution</h3>

I added weight for any lease contribution. We had 13 Members give a total of approx 250STEEM. For every STEEM you sent you will get a 1% Vote. Therefore 10Steem=10%.

We currently have our 200STEEM lease of 10 000SP from @mattclarke until the end of November based on [his terms listed here.](https://steemit.com/steemit/@mattclarke/get-the-dolphin-experience-for-less-than-7-steem-a-day) This guy is so awesome, be sure to head over and give him some support and thanks.

My hope is that more people decide to contribute the lease on the next round and if there is interest we can also look at a higher lease. 

<h3>Delegation </h3>
This is a great way to contribute to botty as well and a few people have sent delegations. This is just a loan to botty of your own Steem Power, Most people have all there STEEM locked in SP, so it's easy to send it over without cooling down and you can also of course take it back anytime and you are still the owner of the SP for the entire time. I am currently giving a %5 Vote for every 100SP delegated.

We have the following delegations
@phelimint 200SP, @undeRGRound 200SP and @buggedout 100SP.

Delegations never expire until revoked so these amounts will be added regularly as people delegate if you are interested in this please let us know.

<h1>Bonus</h1>

I have also added a bonus criteria. It will be used for someone who went over and above and will change more frequently then the rest of the criteria. Unfortunately @raybrockman is maxed out at 100%, but he would certainly get some "bonus" %. I have given @buggedout a 10% bonus since he has often sent bots to botty's post and has been a big supporter. Also he posts like once a week so you may see some manual votes on his comments.

I also want to use this "bonus" for people who run any contests or giveaways in the community and start giving back to more active members. I also want members to be able to nominate people to receive a bonus, maybe on a weekly basis or something. I am not all seeing and don't want to have all the power over botty. So if someone has done something great to support someone else please let me know. 

<h1>Manual</h1>
I'm pretty sure with all these changes overall votes may be down a bit and it will be monitored closely. I wanted to take some more time to do some more manual voting in the community and on comments. I think this may help to increase some engagement. I also want to be able to use some manual votes to help promote contests that people want to run, so if you have an idea and you want botty's help to make it happen let me know as well. 

I think it will also help to get people to give some more feedback on how to run botty. I hope people will give more feedback if they may possibly get a juicy vote on there comments.
