<p>Happy Sunday, Hivers! It is once again the beginning of another week and a new month. Before we know it, the shelter in place order will be lifted!</p>

I too am happy that I did. My time is taken over by work, which is good too, and I am not complaining. I am always grateful. I am reminded often to be grateful especially at this time when many are anxious of losing their jobs or have lost their ability to work because of the temporary closure of businesses.

It is a stressful time in which we live.  I am blessed to have never had to miss a day of work during this whole thing thus far, and I don't think there will be an issue in the near or distant future either. The river is about 5 miles away from my home. Since March 19 when the shelter in place was implemented here, my trips to the river have been the longest distance I have traveled since the shelter-in-place.  It is usually just the food store and the hardware store that I go to. On most days I go for walks around the neighborhood.
It is great to finally be able to do a few things of the home that I have not been able to do during normal days. I am grateful that I am able to work from home on assignments and several projects, a couple of which have deadlines approaching as it is related to the fiscal year ending in June. Because of the coming deadlines, Zoom meetings with staff, other department heads, and my boss are daily, and the frequency is escalating. I still try to stick to a professional and personal work schedule, and glad that I am able to go to bed earlier.
You are so deserving of a vacation, sis @kerrislravenhill, and hopefully, you will be able to do that soon.

I truly feel complimented by your comment, because when I go to your articles, your photos always bring up great feelings, and I want that for my photos. It is great when I take the photos without really over-thinking it but only to try to capture what I am feeling at the moment while looking at the scene.
