I feel like grieving today. Although it's not from the loss of a loved one or friend. It's the loss of a place. I just got news that we have to move from the 2 bedroom/2 bath place we are renting in the hills on ST. Croix. The hardest part is moving from this spectacular view of Buck Island.  I have to remind myself there's other great places with great views. Since most of the time you are paying for the view when you buy or rent a house, for $1200/month for a 2b/2b with a view and good location it's a no brainer to us when we first moved in this place. I really loved living here because it wasn't too big or too small to accommodate our small family. The had big glass sliding doors in each bedroom room that overlooked the view of Buck Island to the North of us. It stayed fairly cool when hot season came and was really quiet with no chickens and roosters around. And finding a place decently priced with no chickens invading and making noise in early morning is pretty rare on our rock. I suppose that in life if you build attachments to material things and you have to let go there is a grieving phase that happens as if it was a real person that you left or they left you. I always thought I was pretty good with not getting too attached to things (one reason why I don't and can't wear jewelry longer than half a day) in the physical plane but this last day has proven otherwise. And maybe the universe takes away what is dear to us in the material plane to get us to gravitate towards the spiritual part of ourselves at certain points in our lives or until we find balance within the two.  I know that once that stage is over something new and more vibrant can take its place that is if I allow the grieving vibration to release and a higher one to take its place. ![IMG_6398.JPG] Enough of this Saturday rant, let's keep things moving.
