No matter what you've got going on,  there's always time to have a little fun.

Do you remember what kindergarten was like?

For me it was a classroom full of kids.  Everyone was screaming,  laughing,  and for the most part having a really good time.

We built blocks, read stories,  and  did quite a few different activities.

I remember very clearly taking Elmer's paste and rubbing it all over my hand only to then peel it off.

Why would we do this?

You could say it's because we were little kids but the truth is that it was because it was fun.

Today things are a lot different. I never put paste on my hand anymore.

Sometimes I have to work very hard at my job.  That's the nature of existence.

We get up and go to work so that we can earn money.  We take our kids to school. We do all the sorts of things that adults have to do.

That doesn't mean that you can't have fun the same way that you used to.

When's the last time you went for a long walk through a bamboo forest?

Can you remember the last time you waited for the ice cream man?

Life isn't just about  earning money in order to survive.

If it was then that could hardly be called living.

That's why it's important to be the best friend you always wished that you had.

Make time on the weekend to take that trip to the Botanical Garden.

The next time you hear those ringing bells go ahead and find the ice cream man and get yourself a treat.

You deserve it.

Just remember life isn't only about working.

We have to  make the time to have fun. 

You can be your own best friend and  do all the things that you want to do.

I'm not saying that you should let go of your responsibilities in any way shape or form, but there's enough time in everyone's life for a little bit of fun.
