* 3 siung bawang merah

* 6 siung bawang putih
* 15 Lada
* 1/2 Pala

CARA MENGOLAHNYA :

* Bersihkan semua bahan lalu potong sesuai selera dan bilas sampai bersih.

* Siapkan wajan
* Panaskan minyak
* Tumis sampai irisan harum bahan
* Masukkan bahan yang dihaluskan
* Tunggu sebentar sambil diaduk
* Masukkan tulang sapi
* Masukkan tomat, daun bawang dan seledri
* Masukkan air
* Tambahkan garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
* Masak sampai matang
