A commissioned watercolor ^_^

Happy Thursday to you all! Some days ago I shared on facebook one of my old watercolor I painted 5 years ago. The subject was a plant I had in a vase at home (one of the few brave plants that are strong enough even if I don't have a green thumb ^_^ ). One of my local customers watched it and asked me to paint something similar for her and so I made it.

The last time I used my watercolors was a long time ago (about 4-5 years ago) and my favorite way to paint is oil colors on paper, but she's not just a customer but also an awesome friend of me and my hubby @paolobeneforti and I was really happy to paint something nice for her.

This is the watercolor I painted for her:

It's a simple, small artwork based on a pic she sent me of some plants she bought and placed in a yellow vase.

To painted it was fast, because the subject was really simple and with no too much details to represent. ^_^

Tomorrow morning I'll give this piece to my customer and I really hope she loves it. ^_^
