October, in my mind and in my memories, it's that time of the year to go to the forests to search chestnuts and mushrooms. It's the time for silent footsteps on the moss, the eyes focused on the tops of the trees to observe the birds and then lowered on my feet in order to balance myself and not to fall down. Look up and look down, trying not to fall down. Almost a metaphor for (every) life. It's that time of the year to enjoy every moment, every affection, every little thing, which are the little things that make whole lives.
During these days I'm spending the most part of my free time with my dad cause is not in good health and I need to give him all my love,so I'm not in the rigt spirit to paint my usual characters. 
To relax my mnd and my soul, yesterday I went to the forest close to my parents home to walk between the trees searchig chustnuts and also a little inspiration.
That quiet place reminds me my childhood, when I used to do the same with my parents and it's always a pleasure to be there for a couple of hours with nobody around me.

The time I spent in the forest helped me to stay positive, to feel myself in peace with my thoughts and I'm ready to stay close to my dad in the right mood.

I found just few little chustnuts, but every time I go there I found myself and this is the most important things for me, again and again.
