Talking (oil on paper)

An happy Tuesday to you all! Today was a sunny day here in Tuscany, just a bit of cold wind in the morning, but after we had good weather (even if the air started to smell of winter time ^_^).

I woke up soon in the morning, so I could work a couple of hours on my artworks before to go to work in the bookshop of my friend Elena. I started a new oil painting on paper about a tall man who are talking with his head between some little clouds:

It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and it's a sort of jump in the recent past when I started to paint my first character with a long face.

I like to paint this kind of figures with just few shadows and signs in the face, because the attention is focused on the entire scenes and not just on their face.

I also took some pics during the process. The pics are not so good because there was just few natural light from the window, sorry.
