How i made delicious tasteful Cicer arietinum( ছোলা) fry recipe ?

Ingredients
----
>>Cicer arietinum 300 grams
Onion 4 pieces
Garlic 2 pieces
Green chilli 10 pieces
Tumaric 1 tablespoons
Salt 1.5 tablespoons
Garam masala paste 50 grams
Mustrad oil 150 grams
Water as needed

I kept the Cicer arietinum soaked for 24 hours. After that I collected Cicer arietinum from water.

I washed this Cicer arietinum with fresh water.

After collecting onion, garlic ,green chilli , I removed onion, garlic shells and chopped onion and cut green chilli from middle porson.

After gathering all masala ingredients , I made garam masala paste .

After heating pan, I admixed 150 grams mustrad  oil in pan. I heated this oil in pan.

I mixed onion, garlic ,green chilli with heat mustrad oil in pan.

After frying slidely, I mixed 1.5 tablespoons salt with onion in pan.

I admixed 1 tablespoons tumaric with onion in pan.

I mixed garam masala paste with frying onion in pan .

I blended it properly .

I mixed that Cicer arietinum with onion, garlic ,masala paste in pan.

I boiled this Cicer arietinum 20-25 minutes.I mixed some water with Cicer arietinum in pan before boiling. Thus I fried Cicer arietinum.
