Though pangaj fish is not very healthy food , It is very tasty and delicious food. Ofcourse You will taste this recipe . I hope that you will get more taste from this pangas fish recipe . Today I am sharing cauliflower potatoes pangas fish curry recipe . This is very popular bengali dish .

Ingredients 
-------------

>>Pangas fish 700 grams
potatoes grams 300 grams
Cauliflower 100 grams
Tumaric 1 table spoon
Salt 1.5  table spoons
Mustard oil 160 grams
Onion 1 piece
Garlic 1 pieces 
Green chilli 8 pieces 
 Red chilli 4 pieces 
Cumin 5 grams
Three condiments  4 grams
Garam masala paste 10 grams
Water as needed

At first I cut Pangas fish as needed. After that I washed this pangas  fish with water .




◆Step : 2.

I removed onion and garlic shells and cut onion and garlic slicely .I cut green chilli slicely.

I made some elements for making masala paste .i made garam masala paste by blending together .

After that I mixed tumaric and salt with Pangas fish.

At first I removed  potatoes  shells . And I cut potatoes  slicely. I washed  potatoes with clear water . I cut cauliflower and washed cauliflower with fresh water .

When mustrad oil is hot in pan , i fried pangaj fish . After frying this fish , i picked up this fish from oven. Thus I fried pangas fish .

I fried cauliflower and potatoes  with hot mustrad oil in pan . After that I admixed tumaric and salt and green chilli with this curry .

◆Step 8.

After frying cauliflower and potatoes , i added water as needed in pan.

◆Step:9.

I boiled this curry 8-10  minutes . After that I added frying pangaj fish in curry .

I added masala paste with pangas fish curry in pan.

I boiled this curry 7-8 minutes in pan.

 After 7-8 minutes boiling , i picked this pangaj fish curry from oven .

After admixing this curry again in pan ,I boiled this curry 8-10 minutes . 

Thus I made delicious  pangas fish curry with potatoes and cauliflower .
