[ESP/ENGL]Dulce de guayaba 2/3 . Guava sweet 2/3
<div class="text-justify"> <b> ¡Hola nuevamente!  Segunda vez que hago una publicación en esta bella comunidad, tan interesante, diversa y hermosa. Hoy les traigo la segunda versión del dulce de guayaba (Psidium guajava). La vez pasada les presenté una marapa que es un dulce en donde los trozos de fruta están algo desechos, poco firmes y no llegan a ser cascos. Para hoy les traigo Delicada de Guayaba, que es algo similar a la mermelada pero sin llegar a ser tan firme, su consistencia es casi líquida. Esta preparación se hace a partir de las cáscaras y pulpa con semillas que reservé de la primera preparación. Como indiqué la vez pasada, utilicé guayabas amarillas no rosadas, y obviamente este dulce es tan delicioso como el primero. </b>

<div class="text-justify"> <b>Para preparar aproximadamente 950-1.000 ml de delicada de guayaba, se requieren los siguientes ingredientes y equipo:</b>

* <b>400-500 gr de cáscaras y pulpa (con semillas) de guayaba.</b>

* <b> 250-300 gr de azúcar blanca (depende del gusto de cada quien).</b>
* <b> 700 ml de agua.</b>
* <b> 1 pizca de sal.</b>
* <b>1 toque de vainilla o sarrapia (opcional).</b>
* <b>Una olla mediana, cuchara para remover, una licuadora, un colador, un bol, frascos esterilizados para envasar. </b>

<center> <b>Las coloco en la olla a cocinar a fuego alto, en aproximadamente 500 ml de agua, conjuntamente con el azúcar y la pizca de sal. Cocino a fuego alto y remuevo Espero a que hagan ebullición, lo que ocurre en aproximadamente 7-8 minutos, remuevo para que se ablanden (25-30 minutos adicionales).</b>

<center> <b>Una vez colada la mezcla, la coloco nuevamente al fuego, el que tiene que estar bajo pues tiende a quemarse. También es necesario remover seguido para evitar se adhiera al fondo de la olla. Cocino por aproximadamente una hora y media, con la finalidad de que el líquido que vaya evaporando y adquiriendo consistencia. Cuando la mezcla esté más consistente, apago el fuego. Espero que se enfríe y procedo a envasar. ¡Buen provecho!...y además es ideal para hacer un obsequio.</b>

Hola @miriannalis, lamento responderte tarde. Este dulce queda más líquido que una mermelada, porque recuerda que no estamos trabajando con toda la pulpa,sino con un poquito, la que queda adherida a las semillas y lo otro que incluimos son las cáscaras, aún así es una buena opción para comer con pan (salado o dulce) o con galletas de soda. Otra alternativa es emplearla para endulzar natillas, arroz con coco, helados de mantecado o para hacer una torta María Luisa, aunque para esa torta a mí me gusta más la primera versión del dulce porque el sabor es más intenso.
