<div class="text-justify"> <b>Las sopas son mi alimento salado preferido, (y curiosamente no tengo fotos de las varias que preparo, de allí que la portada no dé mucha idea de este concurso). Estoy firmemente convencida de que no sólo alimentan al cuerpo, sino que nutren al alma. Creo que tomar una taza de consomé, un buen plato de sopa o una porción de crema, es un acto de amor con nosotros mismos; razón por la cual para el SEGUNDO CONCURSO FOODIES, he elegido el tema de SOPAS TRADICIONALES, y cuando hablo de tradición no me refiero sólo a la tradición histórica y social del pueblo del que venimos o en el que vivimos, sino que extiendo el concepto a un ámbito más íntimo: A la tradición familiar.</b>

<div class="text-justify"> Soups are my favorite savory food, (and curiously I do not have photos of the several that I prepare, hence the cover does not give much idea of ​​this contest). I am firmly convinced that they not only nourish the body, but also nourish the soul. I believe that having a cup of consommé, a good bowl of soup or a portion of cream, is an act of love with ourselves. It is for this reason that for the SECOND FOODIES CONTEST, I have chosen the theme of TRADITIONAL SOUPS, and when I speak of tradition I am not only referring to the historical and social tradition of the town we come from or where we live, but I am extending the concept to a more intimate sphere: to the family tradition.</div>

Esta iniciativa es posible gracias al apoyo que la comunidad Foodies Bee Hive nos está dando a nosotros, los curadores de la misma, aportando los premios que serán entregados en este concurso.  Es fundamental que conozcamos nuestras tradiciones, y la gastronomía es una parte vital de ellas, es una expresión cultural única, fundamental y necesaria de conocer, amar, respetar, preservar y difundir.  Dicho esto, veamos con más detalles en qué consiste esta nueva actividad:</b></div>

# Condiciones (FAVOR LEER CUIDADOSAMENTE CADA UNA):

* <b>Se aceptará un solo post por participante. </b>

* <b>Las recetas han de ser tradicionales o autóctonas  del país de donde es nativo o en donde vive actualmente el participante, o de su tradición familiar. </b>

* <b>La publicación debe contener una introducción en dónde se explique de qué parte es la receta (pueblo o ciudad, zona y país), en qué ocasiones o con qué motivo se prepara. Igualmente el participante explicará cómo la aprendió  a hacer y por qué la ha elegido para participar en el concurso y qué emociones o recuerdos tiene al prepararla.</b>

* <b>NO SE ACEPTARÁN PLAGIOS, NI DE TEXTO NI DE FOTOS. TAMPOCO CONTENIDO ANTIGUO.</b>

* <b>La lista de ingredientes ha de ir claramente expresada, en medidas comprensibles en cualquier parte del planeta. Asimismo, debe explicarse qué cantidad de producto se obtendrá, ya sea en raciones o en cualquier otra medida.</b>

* <b>La receta ha de ir acompañada de un mínimo de diez (10) fotografías, y en al menos dos (2) de ellas,  ha de aparecer el participante elaborando la preparación, y han de presentar al final del post, la sopa ya emplatada o servida. Pueden colocar más fotos si así lo desean. NO se aceptarán fotos referenciales, aunque sean libres de derecho de autor.</b>

* <b>Evitar fotografías que se centren sólo en el contenido del recipiente, de la olla o del bol. No estoy pidiendo una panorámica de su cocina, pero al menos un área del entorno de preparación, que se vea parte de la encimera, cocina, paredes. No teman si su cocina es antigua, o es muy modesta, la mía es común y corriente; así que esa no es una limitante, pues no estaré valorando si la cocina es bella o fea, si es moderna o vieja, nada de eso. Y es importante la apertura del plano de la fotografía, pues permite al lector una apreciación más completa y comprensible de la receta. Trata de que tus fotos sean nítidas.</b>

* <b>Cuidar la redacción y la ortografía.</b>

* <b> Las explicaciones han de ser claras y comprensibles.</b>

* <b> NO es necesario incluir el título de este post dentro del título del post participante, así que son LIBRES de ponerle el título que ustedes deseen a sus publicaciones.</b>

* <b>Utilizar las etiquetas: #foodies #recipe #food #contest en los primeros cinco lugares.</b>

* <b>Rebloguear este post y hacer mención del mismo dentro del post participante. Asimismo, invitar a un amigo a participar en este concurso.</b>

* <b> Es INDISPENSABLE PARA PODER PARTICIPAR, compartir en la zona de comentarios de este post, el enlace del post participante, pues será la única forma que tendré para ubicarles.</b>

* <b> Este concurso estará vigente desde el momento de su publicación, HASTA EL JUEVES 7 DE OCTUBRE 2021, a las 11:59 UTC; por lo que tendrán tres (3) semanas para participar.</b></div>

* Only one post per participant will be accepted.

* The recipes must be traditional or indigenous to the country where the participant is native or currently lives, or family tradition.

* The publication must contain an introduction where it is explained from which part the recipe is (town or city, area and country), on what occasions or for what reason it is prepared. Likewise, the participant will explain how he learned to make it and why he has chosen it to participate in the contest and what emotions or memories he has when preparing it.

* PLAGIARISM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NEITHER TEXT OR PHOTOS. NEITHER OLD CONTENT.

* The list of ingredients must be clearly expressed, in understandable measures anywhere on the planet. Likewise, it must be explained how much product will be obtained, either in portions or in any other measure.

* The recipe must be accompanied by a minimum of ten (10) photographs, and in at least two (2) of them, the participant must appear preparing the preparation, and they must present at the end of the post, the soup served. You can put more photos if they wish. Reference photos will NOT be accepted, even if they are free of copyright.

* Avoid photographs that focus only on the contents of the pot, pan or bowl. I'm not asking for a panoramic of your kitchen, but at least an area of the preparation environment, showing part of the countertop, stove, walls. Don't be afraid if your kitchen is old, or very modest, mine is ordinary; so this is not a limitation, I will not be evaluating if the kitchen is beautiful or ugly, if it is modern or old, nothing like that. And it is important to open the photographic plan, because it allows the reader a more complete and understandable appreciation of the recipe. Try to make your photos sharp.

* Take care of writing and spelling.

* The explanations must be clear and understandable.
