You can purchase from the market when they are sold but they can also be obtained from purchasing a set amount of packs plus 25 extra packs per airdrop released i cant remember the exact amount sorry. Happy New Years!

i believe it was 350 for a guaranteed drop for the first airdropped card then 25 packs every airdrop after
