Haku Crispy Choco Monako Ice Cream

Hellooo Dear Friends...
How are you guys today ? I hope you are all healthy and happy.

This time I want to review Haku Crispy Choco Monaka ice cream from Glico Wings brand with chocolate and strawberry flavors. This ice cream is in the form of a fish like a typical Japanese snack, namely Taiyaki.

Taiyaki is made from wheat flour dough which is usually filled with red bean butter in the shape of a fish curry.

This Japanese cake with a fish shape has an attractive appearance and a taste that is no less delicious. Taiyaki is made from wheat flour dough which is usually filled with red bean butter.

The name Taiyaki actually comes from the grill pan that is shaped like a curried fish. In Japanese, tai is the name for kurisi fish, while yaki is grilled. In addition to red bean butter, taiyaki is also often filled with chocolate, caramel cream, cream cheese, and others to create a contemporary taiyaki.

The Haku ice cream that I tried this time was chocolate and strawberry flavour. Is a variant of ice cream wrapped in a crispy wafer in the shape of a fish. The wafers are crunchy and soft and go well with the ice cream.
For the chocolate flavor variant, the chocolate ice cream is wrapped with a chocolate-flavored crispy wafer, then inside is a piece of chocolate bar.
For the strawberry variant, inside there is strawberry flavored ice cream which is also wrapped in crispy wafers and has chocolate bars inside. It tastes good, soft and melts in the mouth and the price is also affordable. Perfect for quenching thirst in hot weather.

Befor I went vegan I enjoyed eating this ice cream sandwich. I think its similar right? Very unique and sweet way to end a meal or for snacks

I have never eaten one of these before, but I have seen them in Cambodia at import supermarkets in the frozen section. Now I know what the inside looks like.
