When you are in possession of light, you are in command if all the forces of darkness 
> John 1:5,9 KJV
And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. [9] That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

Ephesians 6:12 clearly states that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual wickedness in high palaces. Therefore, we need light to dominant in this world of darkness 

Light gives you dominion In all sphere of life and makes you master over your enemies. It launches you into the realm of exploit, where you are continually the head and not the tail. This was what happened to Daniel. He was a man distinguished by light

There is a man in thy kingdom, in whom is the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of thy father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king Nebuchadnezzar thy father, the king, I say , thy father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers;

God gave Daniel light, wisdom and understanding that placed him far above the magicians, astrologers, Chaldeans, and soothsayers in the land. The kind said to thus to Daniel in verses 14

> Daniel 5:14 KJV
I have even heard of thee, that the spirit of the gods is in thee, and that light and understanding and excellent wisdom is found in thee.


That is light!!!  Light announces you yo the world and gives you a place of greatness 

The entrance of the word gives light and understanding to the simple (psalm 119:130)when the word of God gains entrance into your heart, understanding comes, and when you understand, you are enlightened you are determines the degree of dominion you will command 

The possession of light is very crucial to us as believer in this world of darkness. We need it to disarm the fores of wickedness and establish our dominion.

## Through Revelation 
The knowledge of what us available is information; but rhr when you know what to do with what is available, that is revelation 

> Psalm 119:105 KJV
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Light in this verse implices knowing what to do with the word of God, as that is what gives dominion

Until revelation comes, people wallow in darkness ,

## THROUGH UNDERSTANDING 
lighe comes through understanding; this is being able to ssthe truth in God's word. You can't see it and not be lighted! When you see the truth, douris automatically destroyed 
Proverbs 4:7 KJV
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. This means that there is no substitute for spiritual understanding 
Many people go to church with different versions of the Bible, they are fukk of religion, but lack understanding 

## THROUGH JOYFULNESS AND STILLNESS 
light could also be accessed through joyfulness and stillness, light is the heritage of the joyful. The happier you are the more enlightened you become, and more insight you gain the bible says 

> Isaiah 12:3 KJV
Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

### Only the still can still the storm 

## You can't access the required light and not have dominion
