Thank you :) yes I eat chicken almost every day normally. The biggest challenge will be eating out. At home I think ill be fine it's my busy social life and family meals out that will be a challenge. I hope I can do lent and then see how I feel after as to if I continue :)

It can be hard when you don't have people around you who eat similarly but I have faith in your abilities! Just remind yourself why you've chosen to do this and if a slip up happens, it happens. Just keep going! It's a slow process but your habits will begin to shift over time. 😊

Remember you have tofu, quorn and there are a lot of vegetarian products in the bigger supermarkets... ❤ you can do it. ❤ it is a good decision not only for you but also for the world... Cause honestly the way food industry treat and process animals is just inhuman and disgusting.
