El mundo es inspirador, es un medio en el que intercambiamos experiencias y emociones, en él, a veces nos toca arriesgar, impulsarnos para lograr sueños, conocernos para estar seguro de que podemos llegar lo que nos proponemos, e igual muchas veces nos toca delegar en otros algunas actividades pendientes, esto cuando aprendemos a ser equipos o a ser familia. 


Primeramente debemos aclarar que confiar en nosotros mismos es necesario para todo lo que implica crecimiento personal, hasta para sumar logros, para aprender, para realizarnos e incluso para salir adelante las veces que caemos. Igualmente, desde otra óptica a veces nos toca confiar en otros, esto nos permite apoyarnos, e incluso apostar por los equipos, las parejas y las familias.

Evidentemente, todo funciona mejor si estamos en un medio en donde podemos estar seguros de nosotros mismos, donde nos sentimos bien, también si podemos confiar en la respuesta de las personas a nuestro alrededor. Es decir, si existe un intercambio o la "simbiosis" positiva entre personas.


Para que el equilibrio sea ideal, para que podamos sentirnos seguros de nuestros actos y de las acciones que delegamos debe existir "confianza", la cual se basa en la certeza de que todo estará bien, e igual en saber de antemano que podemos hacer las cosas, y que los resultados esperados cuando delegamos son positivos.


Lo contrario a este equilibrio ideal es la incertidumbre, el sin sabor de no saber que todo funcionará y la terrible #desconfianza en nuestros actos, en nosotros mismos y en los actos que esperamos de los otros. Pero si esto sucede, estaremos perdidos en nuestro norte o perdidos dentro de un ámbito desconocido.

Sentir desconfianza es derrumbar las certezas, más si se trata de desconfianza en nuestro proceder, el miedo nos congela en lo que debemos hacer hasta el punto de no ser útiles, esto no está bien, no nos arriesgamos y por ende no sabemos si las cosas podrían salir bien.

También al desconfiar de otros se pierde la fe, pero no todo es nuestra culpa, ya que muchas personas pierden ese voto positivo porque sus actos los señalan a que las cosas no funcionan bien, se pierde la confianza con resultados adversos, malas acciones y negatividades.

Definitivamente no se puede confiar en quien nos ha engañado, quien nos ha mentido, timado, robado o quién nos hace daño con alevosía, pero seguramente estos casos de terceras personas son más llevaderos ya que simplemente podemos "sustituir" esta parte del equipo. 

Es más complejo si se desconfía de un afecto o de una persona en la cual se depositó afecto, sobre todo si es un amor, porque el corazón a veces no supera nunca los engaños; obviamente en este plano personal es más un sentimiento de tristeza que se supera con el paso del tiempo, reflexión y cambio.

En resumen, desconfiar es la pérdida de la fe, es cuando se ausenta el optimismo y se congela todo por el miedo, para erradicar este angustiante  sentir se debe conocer bien los pros, los contras, todo lo que está involucrado, para evaluar las oportunidades y arriesgar cuando sea necesario.

Vencer la desconfianza propia es un ejercicio interior que comienza con la autoestima y valorarse como persona, ahora bien,  desconfiar de otros ya depende de factores externos y lo que debemos siempre mirar son “los hechos y no las palabras”, de allí podremos dar o no una nueva oportunidad.

The world is inspiring, it is an environment in which we exchange experiences and emotions, in it, sometimes we have to take risks, push ourselves to achieve dreams, know ourselves to be sure that we can achieve what we propose, and also many times we have to delegate to others some pending activities, this when we learn to be teams or to be a family. 


First of all, we must clarify that trusting ourselves is necessary for everything that implies personal growth, even to add achievements, to learn, to realize ourselves and even to get ahead when we fall. Likewise, from another point of view, sometimes we have to trust others, this allows us to support each other, and even bet on teams, couples and families.

Obviously, everything works better if we are in an environment where we can be sure of ourselves, where we feel good, also if we can trust the response of the people around us. That is, if there is a positive exchange or "symbiosis" between people.


For the balance to be ideal, for us to feel confident in our actions and the actions we delegate, there must be "trust", which is based on the certainty that everything will be fine, and also on knowing in advance that we can do things, and that the expected results when we delegate are positive.


The opposite of this ideal balance is uncertainty, the tastelessness of not knowing that everything will work out and the terrible "distrust" in our actions, in ourselves and in the actions we expect from others. But if this happens, we will be lost in our north or lost within an unknown realm.

To feel distrust is to collapse certainties, even more if it is distrust in our actions, fear freezes us in what we should do to the point of not being useful, this is not right, we do not take risks and therefore we do not know if things could turn out well.

Also when we distrust others we lose faith, but not everything is our fault, since many people lose that positive vote because their actions point out that things do not work well, trust is lost with adverse results, bad actions and negativities.

Definitely we cannot trust those who have deceived us, who have lied to us, cheated us, stolen or who hurt us with malice aforethought, but surely these cases of third parties are more bearable since we can simply "replace" this part of the team. 

It is more complex if we distrust an affection or a person in whom we have placed affection, especially if it is a love, because the heart sometimes never overcomes deceit; obviously on this personal level it is more a feeling of sadness that is overcome with the passage of time, reflection and change.

In short, distrust is the loss of faith, it is when optimism is absent and everything is frozen by fear, to eradicate this distressing feeling you must know well the pros, cons, all that is involved, to evaluate the opportunities and risk when necessary.

To overcome self-distrust is an inner exercise that begins with self-esteem and valuing oneself as a person, however, to distrust others depends on external factors and what we must always look at are "the facts and not the words", from there we can give or not a new opportunity.
