People often want to have things that are really unnecessary in our lives, but as time goes by, as we have overcome so many difficulties, we realize that what is important begins with shared time, because that is where happiness lies.

<br>We want time to breathe, to live, to learn, but above all we want and need time to enjoy the people we love, because in those moments life is translated. 

<br>For this reason, placing children as the most important element of our existence, as parents, what we value most and what we can best give them is shared quality time.

<br>What are these moments?

<br>Of course we must be in every stage of their lives, from their first years, their first steps to walk, their experiences to know the new, the surprise of seeing the world; but there is still more, that time has other aspects.

Then these aspects are defined among those activities in which our children need support, such as the completion of their homework, the moments of household chores, when we must go somewhere or even times of recreation and leisure.

Las personas muchas veces queremos tener cosas que realmente son innecesarias en nuestra vida, con el pasar del tiempo, a medida que hemos superado tantas dificultades nos damos cuenta que lo importante comienza con el tiempo compartido, porque allí reside la felicidad.

Queremos tiempo para respirar, para vivir, para aprender, pero por sobre todas las cosas queremos y necesitamos tiempo para disfrutar a las personas que amamos, porque en esos momentos se traduce la vida. 

Por tal motivo colocando a los niños como el elemento más importante de nuestra existencia, como padres, lo que más valoramos y los que mejor podemos darles a ellos es tiempo de calidad compartido.

¿Cuáles son estos momentos?

Por su puesto que debemos estar en cada etapa de sus vidas, desde sus primeros años, sus pasos a caminar, sus experiencias al conocer lo nuevo, la sorpresa de ver el mundo; pero aún hay más, ese tiempo tiene otras vertientes.

Luego esas vertientes se definen entre aquellas actividades en los que necesitan nuestros niños apoyo, como por ejemplo la realización de sus tareas escolares, los momentos de quehaceres del hogar, cuando debemos asistir a algún lugar o hasta los tiempos de recreación y  esparcimiento.

We must always be attentive that our children are constantly occupied in moments of healthy and safe activities. 

<br>It is highly recommended that they are always doing an activity that leaves them with a significant learning experience, and they should also cover moments of rest and natural activities.

In the course of life, as children grow up we find activities in which we can share with them more than a moment of supervision, we find a moment to do together or to enjoy together. 

<br>We may even find passions that we share with our children, perhaps in the form of an inheritance given into our hands. 

<br><br>Quality time is the inheritance that they will remember as time goes by. In my case, for example, I have many moments created with my daughter Haniel, fortunately we have always been there for her, this is as valuable as it is important to know who she is.

<br>We have an anecdote together when on a visit to a famous shopping mall on the island we met a "Star Toopers" from the movie "Star Wars"; we both got as excited as two little girls in the middle of a toy store.

The guy at the video game store where the exhibit is located even allowed us to take pictures next to the "Troopers".

Haniel's smiles could be compared to birthday days or trips to another city, actually with this small detail, but it is a precious moment built with love. 

Obviously we have seen all the "Disney" series related to the "Star Wars" theme, the most recent "Obi-Wan Kenobi" was great, these are all moments that add up, moments that we add to our formula with the kids.

Siempre debemos estar atentos a qué constantemente nuestros niños estén ocupados en los momentos de actividades sanas y seguros. 

Es altamente recomendable que siempre estén realizando una actividad que les dejé un aprendizaje significativo, e igual deben cubrir los momentos de descanso y de actividades naturales.

En el transcurso de la vida, a medida que los niños van creciendo encontramos actividades en las que podemos compartir con ellos más que un momento de supervisión, encontramos un momento de hacer juntos o de disfrutar juntos. 

Posiblemente encontremos pasiones que incluso compartimos con nuestros niños, quizá en modo de una herencia entregada en las manos. 

El tiempo de calidad es la herencia que ellos con el pasar del tiempo recordarán. En mi caso, por ejemplo, tengo muchos momentos creados junto a mi hija Haniel, afortunadamente siempre hemos estado para ella, esto es tan valioso como importante en saber quién es ella.

Tenemos una anécdota juntas cuando en una visita a un famoso centro comercial de la isla nos encontramos a un "Star Toopers" de la película "Star Wars"; ambas nos emocionamos tanto como dos niñas en medio de una juguetería.

El chico de la tienda de videojuegos donde está la exhibición incluso nos permitió hacer fotografías junto al "Troopers".

Las sonrisas de Haniel se podían comparar con los días de cumpleaños o los paseos a otra ciudad, en realidad con este pequeño detalle, pero es un valioso momento construido con amor. 

Obviamente hemos visto todas las series de “Disney” relacionadas a la temática de “Star Wars”, la más reciente “Obi-Wan Kenobi” nos pareció genial, todos estos son momentos que suman, momentos que sumamos a nuestra formula con los niños.

Many people, perhaps a bit sentimental, adults, sometimes say that their parents were not there at some important moment in their life, maybe their graduation, some important game or a valuable project; this is really sad; these are the things we must avoid for our children in the future. 

We parents, relatives and representatives must be there, we must create those quality moments, because now is the time of the greatest gift we can give to this society that is used to be alone in front of a mobile device.

Muchas personas, quizá un poco sentidas, adultas, a veces dicen que sus padres no estuvieron en algún momento importante de su vida, quizá su graduación, algún juego importante o un valioso proyecto; esto es realmente triste; son esas cosas que debemos evitar para nuestros niños a futuro. 

Nosotros los padres, familiares y representantes debemos estar, debemos crear esos momentos de calidad, porque ahora es tiempo del regalo más grande que podemos otorgar a esta sociedad que se acostumbra a estar sola frente a un dispositivo móvil.
