Las personas muchas veces nos sentimos inclinadas a hacer algo, sin saber por qué, simplemente porque nos gusta, o queremos cambiar, quizá solo por moda o color, si no hacemos daño a otro quizá vivamos una pequeña obsesión.

Es como por impulso, ya cuando hemos hecho aquello es que reaccionamos, por ejemplo, puede ser una compra compulsiva, o un trastorno de comportamiento inofensivo como el impulso por el orden. Justamente, cuando hablamos de querer tener algo, comprarlo solo porque si, sin necesidad, o porque simplemente nos gusta uno nuevo, quizá podemos estar frente a una obsesión, una pequeña obsesión para mirar. 

Esto me pasa con los lentes de lectura, la verdad es que siempre tuve una visión ideal, no necesité anteojos correctivos en ningún momento, pero esto fue hasta la barrera de los cuarenta. Al llegar a cierta edad, las letras pequeñas se convirtieron literalmente en pequeñas hormigas, las líneas comenzaron a ser divertidas y las indicaciones de algunos medicamentos una lectura imposible.

Obviamente, lo ideal es que en estos casos seamos chequeados por el médico porque cada uno de nosotros puede ser un caso diferente, y al tratarse de la vista, como en este caso, no se debe jugar con ello. Por supuesto que sí, acudí al especialista en la vista, me colocaron unos lentes anti reflejos, multifocales y de policarbonato, pero estos los tengo pendientes porque en ese momento mi prioridad fueron los lentes correctivos de mi hija, esto fue a principios de este año.

It is like by impulse, and when we have done that is when we react, for example, it can be a compulsive purchase, or a harmless behavioral disorder such as the impulse for order. Precisely, when we talk about wanting to have something, buying it just because, without need, or because we simply like a new one, maybe we can be in front of an obsession, a small obsession to look at. 

This happens to me with reading glasses, the truth is that I always had an ideal vision, I did not need corrective glasses at any time, but this was until the barrier of forty. When I reached a certain age, the small letters literally became little ants, the lines began to be funny and the indications of some medicines an impossible reading.

Obviously, the ideal is that in these cases we are checked by the doctor because each one of us can be a different case, and when it comes to sight, as in this case, you should not play with it.Of course yes, I went to the eye specialist, they put me some anti-reflective lenses, multifocal and polycarbonate, but these I have pending because at that time my priority was the corrective lenses of my daughter, this was earlier this year.

De ese entonces hasta ahora, llevo varios anteojos de farmacia, rojos, negros y ahora grises, todos están bien, mi problema no está tan fuerte y sólo tengo 1.5 de aumento, pero parece que crearé un estante sólo para los lentes de lectura.

Estos son los que más me han gustado, porque debo confesar que hubo un par que eran totalmente de plástico y luego me parecieron horribles, no tuve más remedio que descartarlos sin tomar ni una fotografía, eran de color rosa y para nada me favorecían. Es chistoso porque estos últimos que compré, los de color gris, me llamaron la atención más por el tema de la ergonomía, creo que son los menos lindos, pero están simpáticos y adaptables. 

Definitivamente es una obsesión para mirar porque si comenzamos a sumar gastos ya hubiese mandado a hacer los lentes adaptados, así que en esta Catarsis intento hacer un stop a esta situación y prometerme hacer mis lentes en la óptica. Tengo el presentimiento que esta vez me inclinaré por algo muy colorido y un nuevo modelo, hace unos días estuve mirando varios que son más modernos y quizá se adapten a mi rostro. 

Podría también esperar la próxima jornada de oftalmología en las farmacias cercanas y repetirme al chequeo por seguridad, lo ideal es regresar al especialista, pero haré el chequeo de la fórmula por varios medios. Lo sé, soy un poco intensa con el tema.

These are the ones I liked the most, because I must confess that there was a pair that were totally plastic and then I found them horrible, I had no choice but to discard them without even taking a picture, they were pink and they didn't suit me at all. It's funny because these last ones I bought, the gray ones, caught my attention more because of the ergonomics, I think they are the least cute, but they are nice and adaptable. 

It is definitely an obsession to look at because if we start adding up expenses I would have already sent to make the adapted lenses, so in this catharsis I try to make a stop to this situation and promise to make my lenses in the optician's shop. I have the feeling that this time I will go for something very colorful and a new model, a few days ago I was looking at several that are more modern and maybe they will adapt to my face. 

I could also wait for the next ophthalmology day at the nearby pharmacies and repeat the check-up for safety, the ideal is to go back to the specialist, but I will do the formula check by various means. I know, I'm a little intense about it.

Quizá estos lentes de farmacia, como dicen los estudios, no son tan buenos para acostumbrarse, incluso he leído que hasta pueden hacer peor el problema, así que debo parar de comprar por los colores y enfocarse a mirar más y mejor. 

Seguramente, todos tenemos ese deseo de tener nuevamente menos edad y recuperar algunas cosas como la visión ideal, pero ya sabemos que eso lo debemos dejar a los sueños, así que mientras seguimos en el camino intentemos disfrutarlo al máximo.

Y ¿por qué no? Hasta podemos mirar el lado bueno de algunas cosas, ejemplo, puedo hacer un gif con múltiples colores de anteojos, sin embargo al reconocer que tenemos una pequeña obsesión debemos trabajar en ella para salir. Así que desde hoy hago un alto a este impulso. 

Me alegra poder compartir con ustedes esta mirada a una situación personal que necesita más que un correctivo de anteojos, es corregir desde un comportamiento, pero sé que si es posible, y vamos a cambiar a lo correcto. Por los momentos ¿rojo, negro o grises?

I am happy to share with you this look at a personal situation that needs more than a corrective of glasses, it is to correct from a behavior, but I know that if it is possible, and we will change to the right thing. For the moment, red, black or gray?
