[about three weeks ago](https://steemit.com/vegan/@smallstepschange/stay-healthy-self-made-berry-banana-ice-cream-with-a-piece-of-dark-chocolate), it still snowed and I really missed the sun! 🌧 ☃️❄❄ I then decided to resist the depressing weather and rebelled by making and enjoying self-made fruit-based vegan ice cream! 😋🍦

# Now, spring has finally has arrived!

The sun is shining ☀️☀️and it is possible to go outside with a T-Shirt, short trousers and sandals!
Outside, everything is awaking 🌱and coming back to life 🌻! The trees are blossoming.

I did some gardening in the last days and I also went for some big walks.
