Hello everybody,

after quite some time, we finally reworked the SmartScore & Review-System.

Our goal was to make it easier for the Moderators to be able to review more Users in a short period of time (because as you might have seen, there are currently over 300 Users Pending) and to make it easier for the User to understand the metrics.

<h1>Introducing: SmartStars</h1>

While we previously worked with a points-system with 5 different categories (quality, value, uniqueness, motivation, engagement) where the maximum amount was at 25 - and below 10, the User would be reject and not whitelisted - we found that system to be too complex to review a high amount of users without wasting a lot of time.

That's why we decided to replace it with something we call *SmartStars*.

<h1>How does it work?</h1>

Well, it is actually fairly simple.

When a Moderator reviews a new User, this is what he / she sees.

Instead of having a lot of different checkboxes or other things that the moderator has to use for the specific user, there is now only 1 thing (besides the *optional* feedback box) that has to be changed.

Now, one thing that is always difficult, is to rate the User. And often times, people are not happy with the result.

But we believe that the new system will help to make it easier for the Moderators & the Users to understand it.
