Calls Waiting

When there's calls waiting and you just ended your call like 1 second ago.

This is me holding my breath because calls flooding. No time to rest and Bubble mouth.

Hi everyone! 

How are you guys.
Just sharing my thoughts.

I work as a team lead to one of  the contact center in the philippines. But it requires us to also take in calls for us to be guided with the right process, policy and our scope of support for the brand we represent.
