According to [multiple](https://busy.org/@blewitt/google-is-down-2018-08-07-19-16-46) [reports](https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/websearch/lOFEXOMYD4c), Google is not working for AT&T customers. It appears this is only happening on iOS devices. Google is returning error 403s to the affected devices. This error code could mean that Google has accidentally marked certain IP ranges as being disallowed to access Google services, as 403 is used to indicate that a certain user isn't allowed to access a resource: in this case, search result pages. Google hasn't given any explanations for the outage. 
 It appears the outage started a few hours before this post was published.
