Change, they say is constant. Nothing actually remains the same. Everything in the universe undergo one change or the other.

The trees you see on the streets are constantly changing. It either drops leaves or grow another. It either spread its roots or some got cut off. 

The irons you see are constantly changing. They reduce in size with much heat. It looks like nothing is happening to it but it changes constantly.

If you look around you will notice that things are not the same. Your environment is a good example of such change.

People redesign their houses, shops - both interior and exterior. What you saw growing up have now transformed into something more beautiful or very ugly.

What about human beings? We experience constant changes from within and outside.

This was not how you were when you were born. Your parents are not looking the same way you knew them growing up.

They have transformed with slight changes on their skin, face and how they walk. They could barely do what they normally do while you were 10-year-old.

If you notice, your friends have all transformed as well. Those boys you see daily have grown beard while the ladies have transformed tremendously. 

Some friends you haven't seen in years have changed so much that you could barely picture their face. Even when you see them, you try to join 1+1 together to understand where you've seen their faces before.

It goes to show that as human beings, we keep changing within and externally. Our environment is not also spared from this transformation.

While you change, you notice some physically. But those internally are not so visible but they experience same process.

In all these changes, we still remain human beings and keep our 'self'. This is why we remain who we are as John, Ruth, James, Sarah, Godwin, etc., despite the changes that we experience.

The important thing is as you change, remember to remain being human and keep your sanity. 

As you change, grow your IQ and improve your thinking faculty. Never let them change from good to bad. 

Ensure they move in an upward trend so as to maintain your self and be who you truly choose to be.
