My one granddaughter has been complaining about her eyes for close to a year now. She said she can't see properly on the black board at school. So what did I do? I shrugged it off. Her mom was too busy to take her for an eye test, with a full time job, a household a husband and 2 kids to tend to. Plus, there is always the matter of money. And, maybe, I was too lazy, I don't know.
Thursday night she asked me again, can I please please please do something about it, and I said yes. So I phoned the Optometrist on Friday morning, made an appointment for this morning, and the rest is history.
She had fun choosing a nice frame, and I have peace of mind tonight, knowing that her problem has been taken care of. It took one phone call, and a trip to the mall.

Don't dis your child's complaints when it comes to eyesight. If everything is okay, give thanks. If not, it can be, must be, sorted out. And then give thanks too.
But, the bottom line is, take note.
And take care.
