**Welcome to the 30th State of the Sndbox newsletter!** This past week, we’re all about the DTube videos! We’ve got a couple greats ones for Steemit discussion including one looking at the potential impact of Steemit SMTs on the ICO landscape and a Behind the Scenes look at the Steem Park documentary. ## New Business Models on the Steem Blockchain

## ICOs vs. IPOs

Speaking of the new token landscape, we broadcasted a recent conversation on @dtube of all the ways we think Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) will change the way businesses create and distribute equity in the modern world. We may see an age where founders no longer have to sacrifice ownership and direction for investment percentages, all while empowering their user base and community with the capacity to contribute to their token ecosystem.
