This is the third type I make and the one I like the most because the flavor of the chocolates is felt, the cake is not very heavy as it gets with gelatin and melts in the mouth.In this recipe also put cookies, but without them it will be very good too. The original recipe is with 200 ml of cream, I put 400 for chocolate and that's why it was bigger.The shape I used is 26 cm.If you are going to do like me with more cream make the cake in 2.3 hours because the mixture is made more and hardens more slowly. If it is with 200 ml every 1 hour I think it will be better for it to be a little firmer and not mix the colors. You can also not wait and make them one after the other and give it colorful, but that goes to taste**.

*Hola amigos de Hive ☺ Hoy os voy a enseñar una de las variantes de una tarta con tres chocolates. Este es el tercer tipo que hago y el que más me gusta porque el sabor de los chocolates se siente, la tarta no es muy pesada como se pone con la gelatina y se deshace en la boca.En esta receta también se ponen galletas, pero sin ellas estará muy buena también. La receta original es con 200 ml de nata, yo puse 400 por chocolate y por eso quedó más grande.La forma que usé es de 26 cm.Si vais a hacer como yo con más nata haz la tarta en 2,3 horas porque la mezcla se hace más y endurece más lentamente. Si es con 200 ml cada 1 hora creo que será mejor para que esté algo más firme y no se mezclen los colores. También puedes no esperar y hacerlos uno tras otro y darle colorido, pero eso va en gustos*.

Този е третия вид който правя и който най ми харесва,защото вкуса на шоколадите се усеща,тортата не е много тегната както става с желатина и се топи в устата.В тази рецепта се слагат и бисквити, но и без тях ще е също много добра.Оригиналната рецепта е с по 200 мл сметана, аз сложих по 400 на блат и за това стана и по-голяма.Формата която използвах е 26 см.Ако ще правите като мен с повече сметана правете блатовете през 2,3 часа защото сместа става повече и стяга по-бавно. Ако е с по 200 мл през 1 час мисля, че ще е добре за да е леко стегнала и да не се смесят цветовете. Също може и да не се изчаква и да се направят един след друг и да стане шарена, но това вече е по вкус.

√ 600 g cream cheese
√ fresh milk
√ 200 g white chocolate
√ 200 g dark chocolate
√ 200 g milk chocolate**

**In a saucepan pour the cream and add the cream cheese and the broken chocolate.Put it over low heat and start stirring until the products are melted.If the cream cheese does not melt completely as it happened to me so that there are no lumps,whisk the mixture**.

*En un cazo se virtemos la nata y se añadimos el queso crema y el chocolate partido.Se pone a fuego lento y se empieza a remover hasta que se fundan los productos.Si el queso crema no se funde del todo como me pasó a mi y para que no quedan grumos ,se bate la mezcla*.

В тенджера изсипваме сметаната добавяме крема сиренето и начупения шоколад.Слагаме на бавен огън и започваме да бъркаме докато се разтопят продуктите.Ако крема сиренето не се разтопи напълно както при мен се получи и да не останат топчета,аз пасирах сместа.

*En un bol vertemos la leche fresca y empezar a mojar las galletas una a una y ponerlas en el molde.Luego vertermos el chocolate por encima y refrigerar.Y como he dicho dejar unas horas*.

В купа изсипваме прясно мляко на окото и започваме да топим една по една бисквитите и да ги редим във формата.След това излизаме шоколада върху тях и пребираме в хладилника.И както казах оставяме за няколко часа.

**When the first layer is ready before we take it out of the fridge we pour the cream in a saucepan add the cream cheese and the broken chocolate.We put it over low heat and start stirring until the products are melted.We take the mold out of the fridge and start dipping the cookies in the milk again and arrange them on first layer.Then we pour the chocolate over them and put them in the fridge.And we leave them for a few hours**.

*Cuando la primera capa está lista antes de sacarla de la nevera echamos la nata en un cazo añadimos el queso crema y el chocolate partido.Lo ponemos a fuego lento y empezamos a remover hasta que se derritan los productos.Sacamos el molde de la nevera y empezamos a mojar las galletas en la leche de nuevo y las ponemos sobre los segunda capa.Luego les echamos el chocolate y la metemos en la nevera.Y dejamos unas horas*.


Когато блата е готов преди да го извадим от хладилника в тенджера изсипваме сметаната добавяме крема сиренето и начупения шоколад.Слагаме на бавен огън и започваме да бъркаме докато се разтопят продуктите.Вадим формата от хладилника и започваме да топим отново бисквити в млякото и да ги нареждаме върху блата.След това изливаме шоколада върху тях и прибираме в хладилника.И оставяме за няколко часа.

**And we do the same with the white chocolate.And when we have finished we put them in the fridge for a couple of hours.You can decorate it if you want, I didn't do it because I think that with the three chocolates is enough and it doesn't need anything else**.

*Y hacemos lo mismo con el chocolate blanco.Y cuando hayamos terminado metemos la tarta en la nevera un par de horas.Puedes decorarlo si lo deseas, yo no lo hice porque creo que con los tres chocolates es suficiente y no necesita nada más*.

И същото правим и с белия шоколад.И когато сме готови прибираме в хладилника за няколко часа. По желание можете да я украсите, аз не съм, защото смятам, че трите шоколада са напълно достатъчни и нямат нужда от нищо друго.
