Uno de mis propósitos de año nuevo es retomar los estudios formalmente. 
Realmente nunca he dejado de estudiar. Me he mantenido leyendo libros sobre psicología y psicoterapia, y siempre que puedo visito canales en Youtube para mantener mis conocimientos frescos y al día. Pero realmente quiero iniciar una especialización y ampliar mi formación en el ámbito de la psicología clínica. Además, quiero hacerlo de forma presencial, en una universidad. Y mientras realizo todos los trámites para poder llevar a cabo este propósito, he decidido retomar una rutina de estudios desde casa, inscribiéndome a cursos en línea que puedo realizar de forma gratuita. El pago de ellos sería opcional para lograr un certificado. 

Me matriculé en 4 cursos que llamaron mi atención: 

1.- Abordaje terapéutico del duelo
2.- La intervención de los trastornos de ansiedad
3.- Terapia familiar para psicólogos
4.- Tratamiento de los trastornos del afecto

La lista de curso disponibles me sorprendió, así que empezaré con estos que fueron los que más llamaron mi atención, pero la idea es poder hacer otros, más adelante. 
Estoy muy emocionada porque sé que todos los conocimientos que adquiera en dichos cursos enriquecerán mi quehacer psicoterapéutico y también estimularán mis ideas para la creación de contenido en Web 3 y Web 2. 
Sé que no será fácil incluir la disciplina de estudiar todos los días, en medio de las demás responsabilidades que he adquirido, pero asumiré el reto con todo el compromiso y entusiasmo que corresponde.

One of my New Year's resolutions is to resume my studies formally. 
I have never really stopped studying. I have kept myself reading books on psychology and psychotherapy, and whenever I can I visit YouTube channels to keep my knowledge fresh and up to date. But I really want to start a specialization and expand my training in the field of clinical psychology. Moreover, I want to do it face-to-face, at a university. And while I go through all the paperwork to be able to carry out this purpose, I have decided to resume a routine of studying from home, enrolling in online courses that I can take for free. Paying for them would be optional in order to achieve a certificate. 

I enrolled in 4 courses that caught my attention: 

1.- Therapeutic approach to grief 
2.- Intervention of anxiety disorders.
3.- Family therapy for psychologists
4.- Treatment of Affective Disorders

The list of available courses surprised me, so I will start with these that caught my attention the most, but the idea is to be able to do others later on. 
I am very excited because I know that all the knowledge I will acquire in these courses will enrich my psychotherapeutic work and will also stimulate my ideas for the creation of content in Web 3 and Web 2. 
I know that it will not be easy to include the discipline of studying every day, in the midst of the other responsibilities I have acquired, but I will take on the challenge with all the commitment and enthusiasm that corresponds.
