Bitcoin and market analyst Willy Woo is so far so good as he correctly predicted in month of May that Bitcoin will go below 6000$ as he don't see the good support at 7000$ level and he never believe that the Bitcoin price will go below 5000$ 
 On last Tuesday July 24th the Bitcoin price touched over $8000, and now sorted to $7600. It may be healthy correction.

Willy also predicted that bitcoin will dump slightly and then pump to moon like gold did in 2008 during crisis in Wall Street. ETF could be the main reason for this moon of Crypto market. Here is his tweet

You also mention that institutional investors are looking for opportunity for a long time to enter the market in correct time, even they are already have entered into the market.
