voting bots, payed votes and postpromotion... @still-observer voting bot problem

First I was positively surprised that @still-observer would not just vote for my test only because I sent some steem and rejected the payment and gave it back due to not meeting quality standards..

... but as the bot made bold statements in its 0,001 steem spam mails of up to 10 times voting value I decided to give it another run with a high quality post...

now I have to say I am totally in disbelieve after I sent 10 steem promoting a quality post and now since 2 days...

... NOTHING ...

I tried to get in touch but there is no header with contact information or whatsoever..

but I found several steemians claiming that it is a scam...

I sent him a 0.001 steem massage back asking what happened to my 10 steem.... so we will see what happens...

Minor Correction

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence: <blockquote>001 steem massage back asking what happend to my 10 steem.</blockquote> It should be <i>what happened</i> instead of <i>what happend</i>.
