카카오 클레이의 대박 행보
카카오의 블록체인 자회사인 그라운드X에서 발행한 암호화화폐 클레이(Klay)

클레이는 그라운드 X가 지난 6월 출시한 블록체인 플랫폼인 클레이튼을 기반으로한 암호화 화폐이다

그라운드X는 업비트 싱가포르를 통해 클레이의 초기 수요를 집계한 후 이 가격을 근거로 이 달말 상장시 최초 상장가를 결정하겠다고 밝힌바 있다

업비트 싱가포르에서 실시한 역경매에서 1499사토시(현시세 기준 약 177원)에 낙찰되었다

카카오는 총 100억개의 클레이를 발행하기로 결정한바 있고 이번 역경매 낙찰 단가를 적용하면 시총이 무려  1조 8천억원 정도의 괴물이 탄생하게 된다

기관투자자들을 대상으로 한  비공개 프라이빗 세일에서 1클레이당 약 35원에 판매를 했으니 이를 구매한 기관들은 벌써 500%의 수익을 거둔셈이 된다

또한 이번 역경매에서 판매한 총 250만개의 클레이는 경매 시작 1분이 되지 않은 시점에서 번개같이 마감되었다

한가지 아쉬운 점은 한국인을 위한 프리세일이나 ICO 계획은 전혀 없다는 것으로 클레이 ICO라는 타이틀을 가진 홍보는 사기로 판단하면 될것 같다

클레이는 이달말 싱가폴과 인도네시아에 동시 상장을 예정하고 있고 추가적으로 중국에도 상장할 계획으로 알려졌으나 한국 상장은 낙관적이지 않다는 예측이다

이와 관련해 최근 눈에 띄는 소식은 그라운드X와 암호화화폐 지갑 비트베리가 비트베리 내 클레이튼 암호화폐 클레이(KLAY) 입출금 지원등의 업무 협약을 맺었다는 소식이다

플레이의 ICO에 참여하지 못해 무척 아쉽지만 얼마전 비트베리의 아하토큰을 무료로 받아놓은게 있는데 이 토큰이 반사이익을 얻을수 있을지 궁금해진다
