비트메인이 채굴칩을 두고 전 개발자와 
특허 분쟁을 벌이고 있습니다.

비트메인의 전 직원인 Yang Zuoxing은 
비트메인의 채굴기인 S7과 S9의 칩을 개발했는데요
비트메인을 퇴사한후 Bitewei이라는 회사를 창립하여 
비트메인에 사용된 칩셋의 특허권을 주장하고 있습니다.

중국의 특허법은 자신의 특허라는 증거를 
제출하면 취소가 될 가능성이 크기 때문에

비트메인의 특허권이 어떻게 변화할지 
앞으로의 상황을 지켜봐야 할것 같습니다.
