<br> ## **코인원거래소, 마진거래로 인한 금융당국이 조사를 검토중입니다.** <br>  비트코인과 이더리움을 포함한 가상화폐 시세가 폭락하고 있는 가운데 금융당국은 코인원거래소를 형법상 도박죄가 될수 있다는 명목으로 조사를 검토중 입니다. 코인원은 통신판매사업자로 등록하여 운영중인데 이러한 거래소가 가상화폐의 단순 매매가 아닌 마진거래를 제공하는것은 자본시장법 위반이라는것이 금융당국의 논리입니다. 하지만 가상화폐는 금융상품도 아니고 화폐도 아니라는 입장을 밝혀 처벌을 하기에는 애매한 상황입니다. <br> <br> <br>  http://bitman.kr/
