Reciban todas y todos los integrantes de mí querida comunidad de #Hive, un afectuoso y cordial saludo, bienvenidos a mi post, comparto con ustedes nuevas líneas, rico y sabroso plato que estoy seguro a ustedes les encantará por su sabor y particular forma de preparación, les invito a ver su preparación.

La receta de hoy la llamo: **“Pastellitos a la carta”**

La receta de hoy es muy particular ya que permite elaborar desde cero tus propios pastelitos y rellenarlos de la mezclas que más prefieras, en esta oportunidad escogí los vegetales como relleno ya que son una forma excelente de incentivar y motivar a los más pequeños a consumir los mismos, además son excelentes para llevar al colegio como desayuno y al mismo tiempo ideales como pasa palos en cualquier fiesta o compartir, estos pastelitos sorprenderá a cualquier comensal por la suavidad y sabor de su masa ya que toda es elaborada en casa con materiales que están a disposición en cualquier súper, así que vamos a ver que materiales necesitamos y el paso a paso para su preparación.

Para nuestra receta necesitamos lo siguiente:

## **Ingredientes:**

•	1 y ¼ de taza de harina de trigo
•	90 mililitros de agua
•	½ cucharadita de carmencita
•	½ cucharadita de sal
•	¼ de taza de fécula de maíz 
•	1 zanahoria
•	1 berenjena
•	½ cucharadita de pimienta
•	½ cucharadita de adobo
•	1 ají
•	¼ de pimentón
•	1 cebolla
•	1 ramita de cebollín y cilantro
•	3 cucharadas de aceite

**Paso a paso para la preparación de la receta:**

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es mezclar la fécula de maíz con ¼ de taza de harina de trigo y reservaremos, luego tomaremos un bol y en él colocaremos una taza de harina de trigo con el agua, la sal y la carmencita, mezclamos todo hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea.

Ya con nuestra masa lista la dividiremos en cuatro pequeños pedazos y dejamos reposar por espacio de 10 minutos.

Mientras nuestra masa reposa, lavamos, pelamos y cortamos en trozos pequeños nuestros aliños al igual que la zanahoria y la berenjena, luego en una sartén colocamos el aceite, calentamos a fuego medio y sofreiremos nuestros aliños y vegetales, sazonando con pimienta y adobo, cocinar por 10 minutos y reservar.

Ahora, en nuestro espacio de trabajo colocamos un poquito de nuestra mezcla de harina de trigo y fécula de maíz para estirar nuestra masa con ayuda de un rodillo, la estiraremos hasta que quede muy delgada, esto lo repetiremos con todos nuestros pedazos de masa.

Ya con nuestra masa completamente estirada de manera muy delgada procederemos a colocarle el relleno, que son los aliños y vegetales que ya tenemos preparados, lo colocamos en el centro de nuestra masa y vamos doblando por los diferentes lados o bordes de arriba hacia adentro, de abajo hacia adentro y ambos lados hasta formar nuestro pastelito.

En una sartén a fuego medio, colocamos un poquito de aceite y calentamos para luego cocinar nuestros pastelitos por ambos lados hasta que estén dorados.

Today's recipe is very particular because it allows you to make from scratch your own cupcakes and fill them with the mixtures you prefer, this time I chose vegetables as filling because they are an excellent way to encourage and motivate the little ones to consume them, they are also excellent to take to school as breakfast and at the same time ideal as a snack at any party or sharing, these pastries will surprise any diner by the softness and flavor of the dough as all is made at home with materials that are available in any supermarket, so let's see what materials we need and the step by step for its preparation.

For our recipe we need the following:

## **Ingredients:**

- 1 and ¼ cup of wheat flour.

**Step by step for the preparation of the recipe:**

The first thing we are going to do is mix the cornstarch with ¼ cup of wheat flour and set aside, then take a bowl and in it place a cup of wheat flour with the water, salt and carmencita, mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Once the dough is ready, divide it into four small pieces and let it rest for 10 minutes.

While our dough rests, wash, peel and cut into small pieces our seasonings as well as the carrot and eggplant, then in a pan put the oil, heat over medium heat and sauté our seasonings and vegetables, seasoning with pepper and marinade, cook for 10 minutes and set aside.

Now, in our workspace we place a little bit of our mixture of wheat flour and cornstarch to stretch our dough with the help of a rolling pin, we will stretch it until it is very thin, we will repeat this with all our pieces of dough.
