Este en particular, me recordó mucho a mis inicios, cuando estudiaba en la universidad y empezaba a garabatear mientras escuchaba la clase. Después de tantos años, me di cuenta de que si estaba asociado a la hora de poner mejor atención, sobre todo si tenemos TDAH. Justo ahora que estoy viendo unos cursos online, cuando no estoy haciendo algo práctico, estoy haciendo garabatos o llenando mandalas, Este en particular es bastante sencillo, solo empiezas a hacer líneas curvas verticales muy juntas, y luego hacemos lo mismo horizontalmente. Posteriormente, empezamos a llenar los cuadros alternados. Hay que poner especial atención porque te puede ocurrir lo mismo que me pasó a mi que tuve que hacer maromas porque por un error se puede estropear todo el diseño.
