Hola mis Hivers, hoy quiero enseñarles el rico almuerzo que prepare el día de hoy, desde que recuerdo siempre he comido pollo, es que a la mayoría le encanta el pollo, se prepara de mil maneras y siempre queda muy sabroso mi favorito es guisado con  papa o patata como la conocen en otros países, así que hoy prepare un rico pollo al horno, el cuál tiene su toque especial que es la unión de la mostaza con un poco de orégano y pimienta.

La preparacion es demasiado sencilla,  lavar bien los vegetales y cortar en ruedas las papas y la mitad de la cebolla las colocamos en el bolw de vidrio (refractario) coloque las papas en rodajas y luego licue 1 tomate y una cebolla, sal y cubito y cucharadita de mostaza y un ajo, lo eche en el bolw, por arriba de las papas coloque el pollo y luego le rocíe orégano molido por encima, amo el pollo con orégano le es un sabor tierno y en contraste con la mostaza es una bomba de sabores.

Les confieso que yo jamás imaginé que aprendería a preparar ricos platos, yo tenia 27 años y aún se me quemaban las arepas, de pronto empecé a cocinar y fue lo mejor de la vida, preparar un plato tal cuál como tú quieres y que sea perfecto, me hace muy feliz, porque no es cocinar por cocinar, para mí es crear, aun cuando sea una receta de otra persona siempre le darás un toque de amor, así que con mucho cariño le prepare este delicioso plato a mi esposo y quedó encantado.
