# <center>**El autismo de César es mi mayor enseñanza**</center>

Hola Hola 



En celebración del mes del autismo, me uno a la iniciativa de escribir sobre el autismo de mi hijo. 


Para quien no lo conoce, les comento, César tiene 9 años y es autista Nivel 1 diagnosticado a los 3 años. 


La iniciativa se trata sobre contar algo que no he contado de César, la verdad no me acuerdo, ya que me gusta hablar de los avances que tenemos, también de los nuevos retos que vamos a tener. 


Hablar de César es tener que buscar el 90% de publicaciones en mi blog jeje sin embargo vamos a ver qué podemos contar. 


Desde el dia que decidí llevar a Cesar al psicólogo a su 3er año de nacido, la razón fue que no contrala su esfínter anal, eso quiere decir que le cuesta llegar al baño. Se ensucia más no completa su misión. 


Creo que de todo, luego de tantos años es lo que más me ha costado corregir en César, siempre se nos presentan acciones nuevas y las atacamos pero que no se ensucie, es la que aún no hemos podido lograr mejorar. 


Se les ha puesto muchas herramientas, horarios de ir al baño, quitar la postura de cuando se nota que tiene ganas de ir al baño. 


Obta por una postura fetal, la cuál ya sé que es el momento cuando se ensucia. Hasta él sabe que la opta por eso, solo que no la admite. 


Si hemos avanzado, al menos se ha ensuciado menos veces, pero seguimos teniendo ropa interior sucia y lavada en el baño. 


Hasta él mismo lava su ropa interior, así va tomando conciencia de no ensuciarse. 


Hace poco lo hizo en kárate, cuando llegamos a casa ya él sabía que debia lavar su ropa sucia y así lo hizo lo mejor que pudo. 


Yo me molesto, pero ya no me molesto como antes, no quisiera que le pasara en la calle, solo que el cuerpo manda y cómo yo sé que va a pasar. 


Espero mi pequeño, supere esto y deje de tener su ropa manchada como hasta ahora la tiene.

# <center>**César's autism is my greatest lesson**</center>

In celebration of Autism Month, I am joining the initiative to write about my son's autism.


For those who don't know him, I tell you, César is 9 years old and is a Level 1 autistic diagnosed at the age of 3.


The initiative is about telling something that I have not told about César, the truth is I don't remember, since I like to talk about the progress we have made, also about the new challenges we are going to have.


Talking about César means having to search for 90% of the posts on my blog hehe, however let's see what we can tell.


Since the day I decided to take Cesar to the psychologist when he was 3 years old, the reason was that he does not control his anal sphincter, which means that it is difficult for him to get to the bathroom. It gets dirty but does not complete its mission.


I think that of all, after so many years it is what has been the most difficult for me to correct in César, new actions are always presented to us and we attack them but don't let it get dirty, it is the one that we have not yet been able to improve.


Many tools have been given to them, schedules for going to the bathroom, removing the posture when you notice that you have the urge to go to the bathroom.


Go for a fetal position, which I already know is the time when it gets dirty. Even he knows that he opts for that, he just doesn't admit it.


If we have made progress, at least it has gotten dirty less times, but we still have dirty, washed underwear in the bathroom.


He even washes his own underwear, so he becomes aware of not getting dirty.


He recently did it in karate, when we got home he already knew that he had to wash his dirty clothes and so he did it the best he could.


I get upset, but I don't get upset like before, I wouldn't want it to happen to him on the street, it's just that the body rules and I know what's going to happen.


I hope my little one, overcomes this and stops having his clothes stained like he has until now.</div>
