Nos escapamos para Santa Marta, Colombia. 
Por primera vez fuimos a conocer una playa Colombiana, y elegimos Santa Marta, una ciudad en el mar caribe, que año tras año recibe una cantidad enorme de turistas. 

Su clima promedio suele ser de 30° centigrados, lo cual fue perfecto para sentir un poco de calor luego de varios meses arropados en la fría Bogotá, fue un paseo de fin de semana, la pasamos super bien y nos encantó, ya les voy contando más.

Llegamos a hospedarnos en el Hostal Playa del Ritmo, un poco alejado del centro histórico de la ciudad pero muy cerquita de la playa Pozos Colorados, es un lugar muy natural, sirven tragos, comidas y es bastante colorido. 

Lo conseguimos gracias a la recomendación de un amigo que nos dijo que era económico y que estaríamos a pasos de la playa. 
Pasamos un día en esa playa, descansando de viaje y conociendo el lugar.

We spent a day on that beach, resting on the trip and getting to know the place.

Al día siguiente nos fuimos a conocer Playa Grande, que queda hacía una zona llamada Taganga, de ahí tomamos un lanchita que en 7 minutos nos llevó del otro lado, cabe destacar que la playa es muy serena por ser una bahía, así que el viaje en el peñero fue muy relajado. 

Al llegar vimos un lugar muy lindo, lleno de gente y ofertas gastronómicas,nos instalamos en la orilla y rápidamente buscamos información para montarnos en el kayak, yo jamas había practicado esta actividad lo cual me gustó muchísimo, sobretodo porque pudimos llegar a otra zona de la playa que era muy clarita y bella. 
Amé hacer ese deporte y ya estoy ansiosa por ir a otra playa a practicar de nuevo. 

Nuestro instructor de Kayak resultó ser Franklin un venezolano que tiene 8 años en Colombia, dice que se enamoró de Santa Marta y le ha encantado vivir ahí aunque ha pasado tiempos difíciles.

I loved doing this sport and I am already looking forward to going to another beach to practice again.

>Our Kayak instructor turned out to be Franklin, a Venezuelan who is 8 years old in Colombia, he says that he fell in love with Santa Marta and has loved living there even though he has had difficult times.

Al regresar de esa playa a nuestro lugar de hospedaje pudimos maravillar nuestra vista con el atardecer hermoso que nos regalaba la naturaleza, estábamos enamoramos de ese momento.

Esa noche caminamos un poquito por el centro histórico, que tiene muchas ofertas para comer y bailar y opciones nocturnas... la verdad ahí no pude tomar muchas fotografías porque era una zona con mucha gente y nos advirtieron que no estuviéramos a disposición de los ladrones. 
Pero caminamos largo rato y estuvo bien linda la zona.

Al día siguiente como ya era nuestro regreso decidimos estar en playa Pozos Colorados para no alejarnos tanto del hostal. 
Estuvimos recorriendo la playa, mi esposo tomando feliz sus tragos playeros y yo tomando fotos como loca de todo lo que me maravillaba. 

Fue un fin de semana muy relajado, disfrutamos mucho del sol y de la tranquilidad de estar fuera de la ciudad... pero ya es hora de regresar a casa, a seguir trabajando para poder seguir conociendo este bello país que ahora nos abre las puertas y las oportunidades.

We were touring the beach, my husband happily taking his beach drinks and I taking pictures like crazy of everything that amazed me.

>It was a very relaxed weekend, we really enjoyed the sun and the tranquility of being out of the city ... but it is time to return home, to continue working to continue knowing this beautiful country that now opens its doors to us and opportunities.
