# Greetings, 

Dear friends days without being able to share content here but today I come with good news.

Some time ago we made adjustments at home regarding the feeding of our children has been a hard task but all for the good and health of our children, my son Mathias is autistic and for a long time he ate normally as we all eat.

Some time ago we had a call of attention in his school because his behavior was becoming increasingly difficult, I have a few months doing ketogenic diet so I did tests giving him to eat what I prepared and his behavior change was radical for the better.

But as the days went by I didn't want to continue with my diet because he is growing and could lose a lot of weight which is not the idea so I decided to start giving him his meals but gluten free and so far it is working very well.

This coming week is his birthday and I was worried about how to solve his cake, my sister got cassava flour and banana flour but I was missing the sweetener, I talked to several gluten free experts and they recommended me to use monk fruit and that is what I want to talk about today.

The monk fruit is a natural sweetener, it is an Asian fruit whose sweetening power is 200 times more powerful than sugar, according to the description of this brand and as you can see in one of the images is a zero calorie sweetener, does not damage teeth, is gluten free and also serves for keto diets for low rates of glucose in the blood.

Queridos amigos días sin poder compartir contenido por aquí pero hoy les vengo con buenas noticias.

Hace un tiempo hicimos ajustes en casa con respecto a la alimentación de nuestros hijos ha Sido una tarea dura pero todo por el bien y la salud de nuestros hijos, mi hijo varón Mathias es autista y por mucho tiempo se alimento de forma normal como todos comemos.

Hace un tiempo tuvimos un llamado de atención en su escuela porque su conducta estaba siendo cada vez más difícil, yo tengo unos meses haciendo dieta cetogenica así que hice pruebas dándole a comer de lo que yo me preparaba y su cambio de comportamiento fue radical para bien.

Pero al pasar de los días no quise seguir llevándolo con mi régimen alimenticio porque el está en crecimiento y podía perder mucho peso que no es la idea así que decidí empezar a darle sus comidas pero libre de gluten y hasta ahora va funcionando muy bien.

Está semana entrante cumple años y me preocupe en como resolver su torta, mi hermana consiguió harina de yuca y harina de plátano pero me faltaba el endulzante, hablé con varios expertos en gluten free y me recomendaron utilizar monk fruit y es de lo que les quiero hablar hoy.
