I wanted to emulate the pose of the original card but in a more cartoonish style. I have recently been working with the book Learning the Comic Style by Adam Clay, so there is quite a bit of influence from his practice exercises. Even so, I really like the original pose, which has a lot of strength and dynamism.

I started by sketching the body and pose with base lines, to which I gradually added details. Then I continued with the accessories that characterize the character. I played with linear values and experimented a lot with the use of color and textures. I really liked the final result. Jugué con valores lineales y experimenté bastante con el uso del color y las texturas. Me gustó mucho el resultado final.
