## <center>Online training from Fundación Empresas Polar</center>

Greetings to all entrepreneurs and dreamers on Hive. For some time now, I have wanted to share everything I have been learning in the courses offered by Fundación Empresas Polar. This training was different from the last one I did because it was not in person, but rather through Telegram, and everything was done online. I really like this way of learning. I feel that I make better use of my time, and the knowledge I acquire stays in my memory and in the channel, both personal and group experiences, without losing any details. 

I should mention that I started this course, entitled “Getting to know my customer and their problem,” thanks to an invitation from Ms. @damarysvibra , 🥰. In this course, I learned to identify my target audience and shape the problem I want to solve. It was the first course focused on my business idea because I don't have a business yet, but I am strengthening my idea more and more. 

The main objective of the course was:

> To reflect on how to be an entrepreneur and its impact on how to do entrepreneurship, in order to achieve greater awareness of the key elements required in identifying your market segment and the problem your business solves.

To achieve the objective of the course, we first had to get to know ourselves, review how we listen, and determine the influence this has on entrepreneurship by recognizing whether or not we are empathetic with the customer. In this part, I realized that when I talk, I am more concerned with being heard than with listening attentively to the other person. In most cases, I also did not pay much attention to what people were saying to me because I was already thinking about the next question. 🫣🤭 This makes it very unlikely to empathize with the customer in order to solve their problem.

Once we observed how we listen, we created an empathy map, which is the answer to various questions about our customer. For example: What do they think and feel? What do they hear? What do they see? What do they say and do? To get to know the customer well and address their problem, we were given a series of guiding questions that help us get to know them better. These questions are aimed at getting to know the customer and also at understanding how our product helps them solve their problem.

This course consisted of six meetings, several assignments, and a final challenge. By answering questions about sociodemographic and socioeconomic data and general behavior, you can learn a lot about the customer. <i>I finished the course with a clearer idea of my venture, and I learned that the most important thing in a venture is to know your customer and listen to them empathetically because that will facilitate the development of your product, service, or business idea.</i>

Saludos a todos los emprendedores y soñadores que se encuentran en hive, desde hace tiempo quería compartir todo lo que he venido aprendiendo en los cursos que dan en la Fundación de Empresas Polar, esta capacitación fue diferente a la última que hice porque no fue presencial, sino a través de Telegram y toda se ejecutó vía online, esta forma de aprender me gusta mucho siento que aprovecho mejor el tiempo y los conocimientos que adquiero se quedan en mi memoria y en el canal 😆, tanto las experiencias personales como grupales sin que se pierdan detalles de la misma. 

Debo mencionar que comencé este curso que se titula “Conociendo a mi cliente y su problema” gracias a la invitación de la sra @damarysvibra , 🥰. En este curso aprendí a identificar mi público objetivo y a darle forma al problema que quiero solucionar, fue el primer curso enfocado en mi idea de negocio porque aún no tengo un emprendimiento, pero voy fortaleciendo mi idea cada vez más. 

El objetivo principal del curso era:

> Reflexionar sobre la forma de Ser emprendedor y su impacto en la forma de Hacer emprendimiento, para lograr mayor conciencia sobre los elementos claves requeridos en la identificación de su segmento de mercado y el problema que resuelve con su negocio.

Para lograr el objetivo del curso primero tuvimos que conocernos a nosotros mismos, revisar cómo es nuestra escucha y determinar la influencia que tiene en el emprendimiento reconociendo si somos o no empáticos con el cliente. En esta parte me pude dar cuenta que cuando conversó estoy más pendiente de ser escuchada que de escuchar al otro con atención, en la mayoría de los casos tampoco prestó mucha atención a los que me dicen por qué ya estoy pensando en la próxima pregunta. 🫣🤭 Así es muy poco probable empatizar con el cliente en pro a solucionar su problema. 

Una vez que observamos como es nuestra escucha realizamos el mapa de empatía que es la respuesta a diversas preguntas sobre nuestro cliente. Por ejemplo: ¿Qué piensa y siente?, ¿qué oye?, ¿qué ve?, ¿qué dice y qué hace?, para conocer bien al cliente y abordar su problema nos dieron una serie de preguntas guías que sirven para conocerlo mejor. Son preguntas dirigidas en conocer al cliente y también a conocer cómo nuestro producto le ayuda a resolver su problema. 

Este curso constó de 6 encuentros, varias tareas y un desafío final. Al responder los datos sociodemográficos, socioeconómicos, y conducta en general se puede conocer mucho del cliente. <i>Terminé el curso con una idea mas clara de mi emprendimiento, y aprendí que lo más importante en un emprendimiento es conocer a su cliente escucharlo de forma empática porque eso facilitará el desarrollo de tu producto, servicio o idea de negocio.</i>

Muy interesante lo que compartes. Yo tengo un emprendimiento "en receso" porque sé que debo actualizar ciertas cosas para poder seguir adelante con éxito y esté punto que tocaste acá no lo tenía en cuenta y es fundamental. Gracias por compartir. Éxito y bendiciones.

Hola @sayury, con esta capacitación aprendí que los emprendimientos siempre hay que estar actualizandolos y el punto de partida es esté: la escucha empática del cliente.
