El oído es el último sentido que se pierde cuando pasamos de plano según estudios científicos, la capacidad de oír nos brinda la oportunidad de experimentar la vida más conectados a nuestros recuerdos, supongo que aquellas personas que nacen sordas tendrán otros recursos, a todas esas personas les dedico la cita inicial.

Yo puedo oír y con el pasar de los años aprecio más el sentido del oído que me brinda sensaciones placenteras que enriquecen mi existir.

Hearing is the last sense to be lost when we pass from flat according to scientific studies, the ability to hear gives us the opportunity to experience life more connected to our memories, I suppose that those people who are born deaf will have other resources, to all those people I dedicate the initial quote.

I can hear and as the years go by I appreciate more the sense of hearing that gives me pleasant sensations that enrich my existence.

<h6><div class="phishy"><center>Sonidos que me gustan</center></div></h6>

Los sonidos de la naturaleza me llenan de paz, me gusta cuando cantan los pájaros y se escucha la brisa al mover de los árboles, todo ese conjunto de sonidos me hace sentir feliz, consciente del momento presente, agradecida, plena, siempre cierro mis ojos y lo disfruto en su totalidad. 

Cada vez que subo alguna montaña, ese silencio que rompe la brisa me llena de paz como le comente a Lisbeth, aunque esta iniciativa se trata de sonidos sin el silencio, no pudiéramos vivir porque tampoco existiría la música, ya que esta es la combinación de sonidos y silencio.

También me gustan las canciones de música clásica, música sánscrita, cuando las escucho siento sus vibraciones dentro de mí y tienen diferentes efectos en mi cuerpo, a veces me relajan y otras me energizan.

The sounds of nature fill me with peace, I like when the birds sing and the breeze moves in the trees, all these sounds make me feel happy, conscious of the present moment, grateful, full, I always close my eyes and enjoy it in its totality. 

Every time I climb a mountain, that silence that breaks the breeze fills me with peace as I told Lisbeth, although this initiative is about sounds without silence, we could not live because music would not exist either, as this is the combination of sounds and silence.

I also like classical music songs, Sanskrit music, when I listen to them I feel their vibrations inside me and they have different effects on my body, sometimes they relax me and sometimes they energise me.

La primera vez que fui a un concierto de música clásica fue del compositor Rachmaninoff y literalmente saltaba del asiento toda esa energía, me enamoro, porque su música tiene elementos que me gustan como el suspenso, la pasión, nostalgia, descubrimiento, fuerza, son muchas emociones que siento al escuchar estas melodías.

Otros recuerdos sonoros que me llevan a mi adolescencia y que me siguen gustando son los géneros musicales de la nueva era que es una fusión de la música clásica, electrónica, rock y pop, un ejemplo de este género musical es la agrupación enigma que es un proyecto musical de origen alemán.

The first time I went to a classical music concert was by the composer Rachmaninoff and I literally jumped out of the seat all that energy, I fall in love, because his music has elements that I like such as suspense, passion, nostalgia, discovery, strength, there are many emotions that I feel when I listen to these melodies.

Other sound memories that take me back to my adolescence and that I still like are the musical genres of the new era which is a fusion of classical, electronic, rock and pop music, an example of this musical genre is the group enigma which is a musical project of German origin.

No es que me la pase escuchando esta música tan exclusiva todo el día, pero cuando quiero relajarme o como mencione anteriormente energizarme busco música de este tipo.

Si nos ponemos a observar las terapias holísticas y las personas que se dedican al mundo espiritual, su música está más enfocada a los elementos de la naturaleza, como la música del feng shui, los cuencos tibetanos, el sonido del agua cayendo por él arrolló o las olas del mar, en la naturaleza tenemos los verdaderos sonidos que nos restablecen la salud y nos devuelven a nuestro centro.

Mis espacios sonoros preferidos son todos los que nos da la naturaleza, la lluvia al caer, la brisa suave, el cantar de las aves, todo eso me devuelve la paz que pierdo con el ruido citadino o el ruido mental.

It's not that I listen to this exclusive music all day long, but when I want to relax or as I mentioned before to energize myself, I look for this kind of music.

If we look at holistic therapies and people who are dedicated to the spiritual world, their music is more focused on the elements of nature, such as feng shui music, Tibetan singing bowls, the sound of water falling through it or the waves of the sea, in nature we have the real sounds that restore our health and bring us back to our center.

My favorite sound spaces are all those that nature gives us, the rain falling, the soft breeze, the singing of birds, all that gives me back the peace that I lose with the city noise or mental noise.
