Every quarterly in singapore we do have a night market aka pasar malam with new innovative food stalls popping up .. 

We had to try their new Flamed Mentaiko Beef Cubes!

Topped with a generous amount of 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐨 and Tobiko , plus a Scoop of Sambal on the side for a Spike of Fusion Spicyness! ⁣
