From tomorrow in the Moscow region comes into force spawning ban on fishing. Stupidity of course full! Before spawning walleye another month and a half, perch to spawn, too, about 3 weeks. Spawns in the moment only pike. Well, why would legislators not make the terms of the spawning ban on fish species???  But no... This gathering of loafers is easier to deprive anglers favorite hobby for 2 + months than to work with brains and make the right rules of fishing. Every year it's the same...

But there are regions where local legislatures are forced (!!! it is forced because of the geographical location of the region) include brains. After all, the majority of the local population has problems with the availability of work and a significant part of people's food depends on the River. It is so on the Lower Volga ( Astrakhan, Volgograd). So there spawning ban coincides with the beginning of the spring flood (when fishing on the river is impossible). So what's all the restrictive measures will come into force only since 20th of April, when Volzhskaya TPP will begin a massive discharge of water. At this time, with the beginning of flooding of the floodplain of the Volga river, and the fish go to spawn. In the meantime, fishermen of the Volgograd and Astrakhan region continue to fish on the Volga...

Now towards the Lower Volga whole caravans of cars with the fishermen going to the region where fishing on open water will last 3 more weeks stretch. Many people carry their boats and boats on trailers.
