"Get Rich Slowly."

This is the motto for SPInvest.  It is a project that was established to generate wealth for the holders of the token.  Over time, achieving a strong return each year, the value of the holdings will grow at a steady pace.  Couple this with enough time and we see how the compounding results in incredible numbers.

Thus, the goal was set at 20%.

As pointed out in the past, Warren Buffett managed to become one of the wealthiest men in the world by earning around 20% in his fund each year.  When this is done over 50 years, the numbers get rather huge.

Of course, most of us do not have 50 years to wait for the returns to grow.  At the same time, few have the goal of being one of the 5 richest people in the world so the trade-off cancels out.

Anyone getting a 20% annual return would be thrilled with that number annually.

Before going any further, it must be said that SPInvest far eclipsed the 20% mark in the first year, registering about 80%.  The second year is looking just as beneficial.

There is an advantage to SPInvest that needs to be stated.  We are involved in something that can generate a tremendous return on a passive basis.  However, there is work to be done.

Also, we are involved in a realm, the Hive blockchain, where rewards are available for actions taken.  This is one of the most undervalued aspects of SPInvest.

Therefore, we can influence our returns via activity.  At present, we have about half a dozen people involved in projects that help to generate cash flow for SPInvest and, in turn, for every SPI token holder.

Here is where we need to improve.  We have a lot of options before us as the Hive ecosystem expands.  With more opportunities, it is up to all of us in SPInvest to get busy helping to influence the return we are receiving.

It is here where we need to double the activity among the token holders.  If we could go from about 6 to, say, 12 SPI holders who are actively spending some time helping the return for SPI, we likely would see another 5%-10% added to our annual growth rate.

Of course, this would likely be compounded over the ensuing years as assets invested in with the extra money appreciate at an exponential rate.

Anyone interested in helping should get on the SPInvest discord and drop a note.  With all that is taking place in crypto, and on Hive, it is time for us to set our sights on a much greater return.  When they are offered, it is up to us to grab them.
