Good morning, I have questions: I want to know where there is material to know who can create a Storage Node. I want to know if the members of the community are validators, or do they have to be elected? Are the validators people from the community who have to register?  To be a validator you have to have tokens ,need a domain I will not be at the hive party, but I would like if the testing will be accessible to people who are not present at the hive fest
