* Lesson learned, going forward, new collabs will be sold exclusively in Splinterlands

* To reiterate, there is an entire team dedicated to Land development
* Team would like to tie Guild activity with Land to add extra incentives/benefits for being in a Guild
* Both summoners and monsters will most likely have to work the land
    * Not defined how many cards will be required per plot yet
    * Either way, Land will lock a large amount of cards into land

#### Modern/Wild Ranked Formats:
* ECR will be the same/shared for both formats
* You can only earn rewards in one of the formats
    * Whichever format you finish the highest in will be the one you receive end of season rewards for

#### Splinterlands Merchandise:
* Not a pressing priority, but team would love to increase the amount of Splinterlands merchandise available
    * Want to be able to be bought with DEC or SPS
* Current merch initiatives include Splinterlands tabletop game, physical cards, and plushies
* Also have posters that the team can provide for those who want to hang around

* Creative team met recently to address how to introduce new skins into the game
    * Don't want skins to confuse players on what the cards actually are
    * Introducing a ton of skins could frustrate new players so it is being taken into consideration very carefully
* Future skins could be rewards through tournaments or gameplay, bought with vouchers, or given out as giveaways

* It was mentioned initially as a joke, but Nico offered to stream a League of Legends coaching session with Aggroed

Probably but the last roadmap said "full release of splinterlands land expansion" in the 4th quarter of last year so it's disheartening that we are now a full quarter beyond that and it still sounds like they don't know the basics about what it's going to be. Is it going to launch with guilds? Don't know. Is it going to require summoners AND monsters? probably but don't really know. I understand launches being late but at least have a clear vision on what it is you're trying to build when its 3-6 months late.

That is exactly the balance that Nate and the Creative team is trying to find. They don't want to introduce skins that will distract players from the game, that is why they are trying to make them as simple as possible to still be able to tell who the character is. Look at the Hill Giant skin art. I believe each one you can still easily tell that the character is a Hill Giant but with different armor looks.
