Joe Rogan acknowledges Spotify staff complaints
"They have literally said nothing to me about it" is what the star of one of the most popular Podcasts in the world had to say about the controversy surrounding his move from his own independent production to moving over to Spotify.

The comedian / MMA pundit has a very unique podcast that is enjoyed by millions of people many times a week and when his show was bought out by Spotify for $100 million there was some concern that the people over at Spotify in management would try to shape what is on his show each time. There was some speculation that this is exactly what happened when several conservative guests' shows suddenly became unavailable for anyone to listen to. Joe Rogan has said that it was not censorship but instead that some of the footage was lost - which is a stupid excuse for him to make since those shows that were not moved over to the new platform are still available at a wide array of places on the internet.

The people who were threatening to strike if Rogan's shows were not permitted to be censored and his guests to be vetted apparently have lost all steam in their crusade to be the PC police of one of the most un-PC shows in existence. Joe plays down the entire thing and is instead focusing on his new "zombie bunker" which is in an undisclosed location somewhere in Texas. We think it is in Austin, but the host is very secretive about where it actually is. It could be anywhere. I bet it is in his $15 million house.

The new studio... I reckon it's in his basement </center>

The funny things about all of this (to me) is that Joe doesn't seem to pay any of it any mind and he very rarely has a great deal to say about it. I did enjoy this little bit of information that he gave about the rumors that the reason the content was being removed was because it was "anti-trans."

> “I don’t know what the actual conversation has been from Spotify talking to these employees but if these employees are listening, I would tell you, emphatically, I am not in any way anti-trans,” Rogan continued. “I get it, you’re a 23-year-old woke kid and you’re working for this company and you think you’re gonna put your foot down, I get it.”

Joe caught a bunch of flack for "selling out" and moving over to Spotify but I'll tell you what... You could offer me significantly less than $100 million and i would sell out to just about anything and I think a lot of other people would as well.

Can you imagine getting paid that much money to sit around and talk to celebrities while smoking weed, drinking, and sometimes even doing mushrooms? It sounds like a pretty awesome job to me!

I really hope that they don't try to censor any of Rogan's stuff because if they did so they would be taking away exactly what it is that makes his show unique: He talks about *everything* and doesn't really seem to give a damn what people think of him. I find it very entertaining and that is saying a lot since it is very difficult to hold my attention for 3 hours with just 2 or 3 people talking to one another.
