Greetings HIVE, your friendly neighborhood battlemage returns with another update! We've been pushing the community to start utilizing the blockchain's layer one more and have been seeing some first time bloggers popping up. Our community's HIVE veterans have been quick to help show them the ropes and teach them about HIVE etiquette.

We've also been staking our HP for over 30 days now, so we've got a pretty nice governance vote, which we're of course using to support the @splinterlands DHF proposal, but that's not all! We're supporting quite a few quality community projects via proxy and we've even hired @peakmonsters for [some development work.](https://peakd.com/hive-13323/@peakmonsters/proposal-development-of-sps-polls)

As you can see our HBD stack is growing nicely and we're happy to see our HP increasing steadily from our curation and posting initiatives. The SPS ecosystem has been getting stronger as well! Finally! The DAO is making money where it should have been for a very long time. Roughly 1,285 HBD per month and another 30,000 hive from just staking rewards not even counting curation rewards. I'd like to see this "passive" safe style of staking done on other assets in the DAO as well. Legit sitting on a gold mind of passive income that could very well end up paying for everything just based on the passive income maybe even be used to buy SPS off the market and burn it or something one day.

I recently grew my SPS stack to 300k. SPS is at a good price right now. Capitalization is only $10 million, which is very little for such a cool project. I think there is potential for the SPS token to grow several times, maybe even 10 times in the long term.
